Why I Built this Website
Before I start, this page will leave a lot of unanswered questions. They will be explained in depth on various posts.
I have put a lot of hours in reading and listening in the last 4 years.
This website is not done and will never be as I continue to learn and empty my notes here.
I just wanted this page to be a high-level entry point.
I created this website for a few reasons:
- To share all the knowledge, I have accumulated since 2019.
- To help those who want help via coaching.
- A central place to keep notes, articles, thoughts, research, and anything else I learn and find.
- I also will show proof it does work via videos, photos and doing what I believe is right.
When I hit 48 the same runner’s diet (Pasta, potatoes, vegetables, fruits) that worked before stopped working.
Energy plummeted; weight increased so fast I didn’t notice it. I maxed out at 251lbs in 2018 (now 195) and had no clue what was happening. I changed nothing, everything just went south.
So, in 2019, I went on a search to see what was going on. All the diet books I already knew, so I tried some reverse engineering. I decided to read a botany book to figure out the best plants to eat.
Well, this move changed my life but not the way I thought it would. It took me down a road that I would have never thought about.
Plants are toxic and muddle up our biochemistry, I won’t go into all that here, there will be many posts.
So, I stopped eating them at that moment. I used to Juice vegetables daily, I threw my juicer in the dumpster and haven’t had vegetables or salad since! Don’t miss them either.
At 53 years old, I should be falling apart right now, but I feel I have been Growing Younger Every Day since then.
As I mentioned, this site is a repository for me and to share information I have compiled and help whoever wants help getting back to their god given DNA body and mind.
A High-Level Synopsis of What I Have Learned and Will Share
I taught myself to be a software engineer 25 years ago and now in the last 4 I have become an anthropologist and biochemist. They are very similar if you think about it, inputs, and outputs just like software.
Here are a few high-level things I have learned:
- Biochemistry is nutrition – how your body reacts to the compounds you put in it.
- All animals, including us, have an optimal species-specific nutrition they were adapted to and if you feed animals the wrong food, they get sick or die.
- Homo sapiens ate meat for millions of years.
- Paleoanthropological studies say we are super carnivores. We ate more meat than wolves and foxes.
- We’ve only been farming for 12,000 years, which is not enough time to evolve.
- If you take the last 2.5 million years and scale it to a 24-hour clock, we have been eating our current standard American diet for about 6 minutes.
- If a species has been eating something for a long time as in hundreds of thousands of years, then they have become adapted to that, meaning it is uninflammatory and has everything they need to survive on.
- Our culture and technology changes very fay fast but Homo sapiens are an ancient species and have not evolved in any meaningful way in the last 100,000 years.
- We cannot eat our modern diet; we weren’t designed for it.
- We have forgotten where we came from.
- Fossils show our ancestors had perfect teeth because of highly nutritionally dense meats.
- Crooked teeth and cavities showed up when the Agricultural Revolution arrived.
- Our stomach acid is comparable to scavengers not omnivores.
- Our small intestine grew and is designed to absorb meat nutrients.
- Our colon shrank and that is where plants are supposed to be handled, so we lost that.
- Our ancestors’ brains exponentially grew and have been shrinking consistently since the agricultural revolution.
- We genetically are programmed to live until 120 but we consider 60 for it to be over, that’s only middle age. It’s because our species is eating non-species-specific food.
- Most people can get away with eating food we weren’t programmed to eat when they are young but eventually the day will come.
- Eating non-species-specific foods has a major impact on mental health.
- Yes, we can eat plants, but plants are survival food you cannot thrive on.
- Plants have thousands of natural pesticides, and we consume 10,000 times more natural plant pesticides than the kind we spray on them.
- They affect us in many ways that will be explained later.
- The known scientific daily minimum requirement for carbohydrates Is ZERO. We are lucky enough to be able to use them for survival, but we don’t need them and cannot only survive without them but thrive without them.
- Cholesterol is an essential nutrient and is responsible for all your sex hormones.
I will stop here because I don’t want this page to be too long.
Illness Today
We don’t feel like crap because of our age, it’s because we aren’t giving our bodies what it was adapted to eat. Evolution is SLOW.
If we accept the fact that evolutionarily human beings are by design low-carbohydrate, meat eating mammals then what you would expect to see if you chronically over fed a human too many carbohydrates daily for years.
We would expect to see chronically high blood sugar levels.
We would expect to see chronically high insulin levels.
We would expect to see chronically high levels of inflammation.
We would expect to see autoimmune issues where the body would attack itself.
If you feed an animal a non-species-specific appropriate diet, you would expect to see all these things and more. This is also why our pets are getting “human diseases” now and dying younger.
Just a Few More Quick Things
I participate in a community that shares successes.
Here are a few things I would like to share that people report but there are many more:
- Pretty much every single autoimmune issue has resolved or got better.
- Hundreds of people have reversed Type II Diabetes.
- Many weight loss stories are without hunger or cravings.
- Mental Clarity – Brain fog clears. Everyone says this.
- A sense of calm with everything.
- *ALERT, which is very telling how sick we are. I have heard of many women who were 4+ years postmenopausal that got pregnant after switching to meat only. The hormones came back. Now what does that tell you? Very interesting. So be careful ladies.
A Note:
I will continue to update this page and will continue posting information I have and any new things that I learn.
This is information I have gathered, experienced some and makes sense to me.
I am not preaching; I believe in this, live it and want to share it.
I am not telling you what to do but if you would like help or are curious, I will be offering coaching in April.
